Absolutely no vendor setup before Thursday morning of each event.
All vendor spots must be assigned by a member of the GSRA.
Earlly vendor registration begins at the pavillion in the campground at 8:00 am Thursday morning. Registration ends at 5:00 pm Thursday and will begin again Friday morning at 8:00 am.
Friday morning at 8:00 am registration for vendors & show cars will begin again. Registration ends at 5:00 pm Friday. No vendor registration after 5:00 pm Friday.
Saturday morning registration continuess for show cars at the front gate.
All show cars must be registered by 4:00 pm Saturday.
Sunday morning devotional will begin at 9:00 am in Haney Hall. Final prize awards will begin at 12:00 noon in front of Haney Hall.
Pre- registration for 2012
Pre-registartion for 2012 will be Sunday morning at 10:00 am in Haney Hall. Current occupants of camper pads may register for 2012.
A - B & part of C row are rented by the campground & will not be available until Jan. 2012.
Gadsden Street Rod Association reserves the right to refuse entry of any show car or vendor.
